Support packages / Maintenance contracts

Pay for a block of hours in advance and request work whenever you need it.

The hours do not expire and can be used at any time after purchase.

• Reduce your IT headaches. You do what YOU do best and let us take care of the technology.
  • Your time is precious, don't waste it resizing images or making mailto links, we will do that for you. Just tell us what you need doing, we will take care of it.

• Save money by accessing our discounted rates.
  • Depending on the amount of hours you prepay, you can get more than 30% off our normal rates.

• Priority treatment for requests.
  • Changes to your web site are important, so prepaying hours through a support package pushes your requests to the front of the queue. (see S.L.A)

• You have control over your hours.
  • For transparency, we maintain a strict log of all time spent on your account which can be accessed online. When we do a job for you, the time is logged, you are emailed with the details and the remaining hours in your account.

• Paid hours don't expire, use them now or later.
  • You are not tied to a monthly quota of hours used and your purchased hours do not expire. You can use the hours when you like, no time limit.
